Cooked Meats, Charcuterie and Pâté
We are keen to support good local producers, like many of our customers we want to be certain of the provenance of our food, so many of the cooked meats in our cold counter our sourced from local farms.
Our range includes:
- free range ham
- turkey breast
- local honey roast ham
- traditional Peak district rare roast beef and roast loin of pork
- smoked German Blackie Ham
- pepper coated American style Pastrami.
We also have a great range of charcuterie that includes:
- quality Parma ham
- German, Italian and Spanish salamis
- several different types chorizo for cooking or eating cold.
